I will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. I will supply a test translation (max. 300 words) if required. We will then jointly agree on the program of work for the translation, from your acceptance of the quotation to delivery. My extensive experience is at your service. I will advise you personally, and allow you to meet the requirements of both your company and your customers, with reliable and affordable translations.

Quality of the work

To ensure consistency and quality of the work, I can establish (upon request), translation “memories” and glossaries that can be used for subsequent translations. You can also give me specific terminology, editorial requirements, and/or specialized layout formats, so that I can deliver work meeting all your requirements.

Proofreading included

All my work may be, upon request, proofread by a colleague translator.

Transparency

If I need additional information to understand a technical term or a complex sentence, I will not hesitate to contact you with a short e-mail; this ensures you will be fully satisfied with the final translation.

Respect of deadlines

I guarantee to meet the deadlines agreed at the start of the work.

Quality assurance

You have one week after delivery of the work to highlight any changes or corrections, which will be incorporated into the documents at no additional cost. After that, a revision rate will be applied for that work.

Secrecy

All my work is treated as confidential and will not be discussed with anyone without your written permission. I am also happy to sign a confidentiality agreement relating to the documents if required.
